    You can choose a paid plan or move to the Free plan. In free plan, you will have limited features like you can still send up to 5 documents per month.

    Can I switch plans after signing up?
    Yes, the users can upgrade or downgrade their plan anytime as per their requirement. They can see the effect of upgrades immediately but in case of downgrades, the changes will be applied from their next billing cycle.

    What does per user mean?
    Each person on your team who needs to send documents needs their own seat. Recipients who just sign do not need an account.

    Is annual billing a long-term commitment?
    Annual billing for the users is an amount paid upfront for 12 months at a lower monthly rate. The users who want flexibility can go with the monthly billing but it will be costly compared with the yearly plan. Monthly billing is also available if you prefer flexibility.

    Do recipients need an account to sign?
    No. Anyone you send a document to can open and sign it from their browser — no account or download needed.

    Are AI features on all plans?
