EazeeSign cancellation & refund policy
This refund policy explains when EazeeSign gives refunds and how cancellations work. It applies to all customers worldwide.
General rule on refunds
- All payments to EazeeSign are non refundable except in the cases set out in this policy or when we agree in writing for a specific case.
- Pre paid subscription plans are charged in advance for the full billing period.
- Pay per use fees and standard recurring plans may be billed after use, unless your plan terms state something different.
Canceling your EazeeSign subscription
- You can ask to cancel your EazeeSign account at any time.
- We ask for ten days advance written notice so billing and access can be handled properly.
- You must submit your cancellation request through the method we show in your account or on our support page, for example through an in product flow or a contact form.
- Cancellation only happens after you get a clear confirmation from EazeeSign.
Goodwill refunds for early cancellation
- If you have a yearly subscription and cancel it within the first thirty days of your first subscription term, you may send us a written refund request.
- We will review that request in good faith. We might approve a partial or full refund of fees paid for that first term, or we might decline.
- EazeeSign is not required to approve any refunds under this section.
- We do not review refund requests under these conditions
- The cancellation happens after the first thirty days of the initial term
- Our records show clear and active use of the service during the time you ask us to refund
- You have broken the terms of use in a serious way, such as fraud or abuse
Effect of cancellation or termination
When your subscription or account ends
- Any payments you owe stay due.
- Your right to use EazeeSign ends, including any license or access to our site, apps, and content.
- Our duty to provide the service ends, except for features stated to continue after cancellation.
- If we end your account for suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful use, we may keep certain information from your account for internal needs like fraud detection, dispute handling, or legal checks, based on our data policies.
Changes to our service or terms
- Sometimes EazeeSign updates its terms or changes the service.
- If a change clearly harms you or how you use EazeeSign, we will notify you in advance when possible.
- You can cancel your subscription from the date that change takes effect, with no fees owed after that date.
- If you cancel due to that change and already paid for services you won’t use, we will refund that unused time.
Service quality and problems with the service
- EazeeSign aims to provide a reliable service, but issues may happen.
- If there is a problem, reach out to support as soon as possible and share details so we can understand it.
- In most cases we will fix issues within a reasonable time at no extra cost to you.
- If the service fails in a major way or we cannot fix a problem in a reasonable time, you may have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund for unused time.
How we pay any approved refund
- When we approve a refund, we usually calculate it based on the unused part of the current paid period, unless something else was agreed.
- Refunds are normally made to the same payment method you used to pay.
- If that method is no longer valid, we may ask for new payment details and use another reasonable method after we confirm your identity.
- We process refunds in a reasonable time after approval and aim to keep you updated. Fund timing can depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds usually exclude
- Taxes or fees paid to public authorities that we cannot recover
- Bank or conversion fees charged by your payment provider
How this refund policy works with other terms
- This refund policy is part of the wider EazeeSign terms that apply to your use of the service.
- If there is a conflict between this policy and another non mandatory document, this policy controls for refund matters unless the other document clearly states a different rule.
- If any part of this policy is found invalid, the rest will stay in effect.
